tf@techno-fandom.org runs with the ecartis mailing list software. There's some info at http://www.ecartis.org, but their docs are kinda skimpy.
To post, send mail to tf@techno-fandom.org, it's a closed list, so you'll have to be subscribed

flags | list flags (these are like subscription options |
set tf vacation | set vacation mode (surpress delivery, useful if you want to subscribe multiple addresses) |
set tf digest | set digest mode |
stats tf | show stats for the current user |
