MarketingHeadThe Division Head of Marketing is responsible for creating, organizing and executing a marketing plan for the following year's convention. This DivHead? reports directly to the Conchair, who will be responsible for approving the marketing plan. This person MUST be able to work well with others, have excellent communication skills, be financially responsible, be organized, and it helps to be an extrovert as well. Marketing for Arisia is a year long task and will take approximately 30 hours per month to accomplish successfully. A well organized Marketing DivHead? will have a team of volunteers with complimentary skills allowing for each member to put in less than 10 hours per month of work and still be successful.
