Responsible for:

• getting content on the main Arisia website in a timely manner: http://www.arisia.org
• may assist in adding content to the Staff website: http://staff.arisia.org
• may assist in adding content to the Corporate website: http://arisia.org/corp/
• the overall look and feel of the new Arisia site
• finding an easy to use tool that allows other divisions to update their own content as much as possible
• maintains the following forms on the site:
  • online registration
  • room extras and late checkout
  • babysitting information
  • dealers row request form
  • party host request form
  • interface to hotel's registration system

Timeline:

• late Jan - get new registration form online
• Feb/March - get new site online
• rest of the time - make updates as requested
• Thursday before the con - remove the registration form - co-ordinate with RegistrationHead
