• What are the Grand Ballroom airwall surfaces like? (I.e would they make a reasonable backdrop?)

• Will this rearrangement of the hotel function space make it difficult to get the stage pieces, steps, tables, and chairs we will need?
• Does the airwall between salons G & K have a door in it?
• Will it be possible to leave a panel out of the airwall between salons G & K?
  • What are the dimensions of the airwall panels?
• What electrical connection options are available in salon G?

• What kind of control will we have over the room lights for Salon G?
• Is there a remote lighting control device that we can locate at our control position?
