- Registration senior staff identified and drafted

- First pre-reg pricing window closed, membership pricing rises
9/1/2004
- Online registration opened, mailers sent out.
11/15/2004
- Badge artwork received, design process starting
11/31/2004
- Second pre-reg pricing window closes, membership prices change
12/1/2004
- Hardware system test of all CONGO components (printers, servers, terminals)
- First draft of department heads and staff submitted to Reg - mechanism TBD.
12/15/2004
- Badges ordered
- Clips ordered
- Printing supplies ordered
- Registration forms ordered
- Full reg volunteer staff identified and initial schedule set
1/11/2005
- 'last call' for staff, dealer, guest, speaker, etc lists.
- Pre-registration closes at midnight
1/13/2005
- At-event staff, guest, and dealer badges are printed.
1/21/2005-1/23/2005: ARISIA
- Reg is open on Friday 2-11 pm, Saturday 9 am-8 pm, and Sunday 9 am-4 pm.
