Personel:
- Sound can be set up by SW, plus one.
- Lighting build will need LO, plus one?
- Lighting focus will need LO, plus ???.
- Everything else will be DHS, plus whoever is available for:
- Contol.
- Stage.
- Power.
- Backdrop.
- Curtains.
- Intercom.
Tasks:
- Walk in Friday at ??:00 and expect to find:
- Garage door should be closed.
- Stage platforms and stairs should be set -- leave skirting available to be installed after all cables are in place.
- Platform(s), stairs, and tables for control should be set.
- Lights should be on.
- Airwall should be ???
- Room should be clear of debris. If chairs are stacked in room for later deployment, they should be in square formed by four pillars in back left corner.
- There should be a water station set in elevator alcove.
- Note to hotel: There will be no access to the storage room in the back of Franklin A during Saturday's afternoon & evening events. During the rest of the weekend, there will be limited access. Best to remove any gear that will likely be needed on Thursday.
- Initial infrastructure, so that people can work on their specialties:
- (time?) Expect delivery of rental gear.
- Unpack and inventory gear first so that missing gear can be dealt with.
- If the control tables are at the edge of their platforms, add gaff to give them a bit of resistance to shifting.
- Power:
- Intercom
- Stage:
- Bind stage with cargo straps.
- Clamp on MC platform & wing(s).
- Gaff stage joins.
- Curtains:
- Backdrop.
- Run curtains from stage to green room access.
- Hotel should set chairs.
- Gaff cables in public areas.
- Add skirting to stage.
